About Us

Catalyst House Building Co-operative Society, a registered and reputed co-operative society was formed in 2013 with the motive for providing better living at reasonable rates with planned development and also to provide housing plots, sites to the needy. The Company was registered under the Co-Operative Society's Act with the registration number 44492/2017-18.

The board of directors of Catalyst House Building Co-operative Society are from elite group rendering their service in different industries and service organization with a vision to uplift the housing society to high standards through Quality of work and timely execution of projects at affordable prices. The Catalyst has 13 board of directors and three founder promoters.

All projects have been executed as per rules and regulations of Urban Development Authority and Town Planning Authority, by adopting latest Technologies and Materials, and also ensure that the service we provide is worth, best for the price to our privileged customers. Now Catalyst House Building Co-operative Society is being developed in aprox., about 50 acres of land at Mysore city Surroundings. One of the biggest strength for Catalyst House Building Co-operative Society is value added deals offered to our customers. Our facility lies to bringing the best deals to our customers compared to any other multiple sources. Our Management is well-experienced, professionals and capable of delivering sites to our members.
